2024's AAC Camp

AAC Camp is a community. Individuals using AAC and total communication spend 5 weeks with others who communicate in similar ways. We offer an immersive environment. Our program focuses on use and modeling of language every moment we have.

This year's camp is just around the corner. Please make sure to complete all of the important forms listed below. We also encourage you to download the AAC Camp Social Story. You can print it or just display it on your computer, iPad, or phone. Either way, it is a nice way to prepare your camper for this year's program.

Additionally, please make sure to pack the following:

  1. extra clothes (if they get wet or messy)

  2. talker

  3. charger

  4. sunblock/bug spray

  5. diapers/swim diapers if appropriate

  6. towel/swimsuit on Mondays and Thursdays

  7. snacks/lunch

  8. hat/sunglasses

  9. long sleeve shirt- if you think they might get cool in the AC

  10. reusable water bottle

With camp just around the corner, we have our camp schedule set up. Please note that if this needs to change we will let you know ASAP.
